How long do you keep applications on file?
Applications are kept on file for at least one year.

How are applicants contacted for interview?
If someone is selected for an interview, COPE contacts them via telephone to schedule the interview.

How long does it take from hiring for a position to the start date?
The pre-hire process varies. Typically it takes about ten business days to complete the pre-hire process and set a start date.
