For the past five years Lorraine has served as Director of Contract Services for COPE. For 13 years Prior to that she served as COPE’s Contracts Administrator. She provides administration and monitoring of COPE’s contracts, primarily the governmental funding source and commercial insurance contracts. As part of COPE’s CSP contract with Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA), the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for Pima County. Lorraine oversees the subcontracts with outside agencies that provide ancillary services for COPE clients. Lorraine is a member of COPE’s Contracts Review and Implementation Group (CRIG). Some of her other duties include oversight of COPE’s insurance policies, internal grant production, editing the agency newsletter and other documentation, etc. For five years prior to employment with COPE, she worked in contracting for ACCM and ADAPT, the two RBHA’s prior to CPSA. Lorraine spends most of her personal time spoiling her pets; keeping her 200+ cacti, trees, shrubs and wildflower garden alive and healthy; collecting fine art; creating her own art; dancing; and playing the didgeridoo.
