Mary Specio-Boyer, LMSW, LISAC, ADS, is the Chief Business Officer for COPE Community Services, Inc. Mary has designed and implemented a team-based approach to converting behavioral health clinics into integrated primary care and behavioral health clinics. She has led multiple initiatives addressing social issues with neighborhood leaders, legislative representatives, and service provider groups through community engagement and mobilization. As an appointed member of the Governor’s Arizona Substance Abuse Partnership (ASAP) she has  worked to improve prevention and treatment services across the state. Mary has shared her expertise as an invited presenter at national professional conferences on integrated care services, HIV, and addiction. Her experience includes consulting on capacity-building, writing and securing federal grants, non-profit administrative management, and sustainability practices.  Her hobbies include volunteering, fitness, cooking, scuba diving, and reading – not always in that order.
