Project TELA (Treatment Engagement Linking At-risk women) weaves expanded services and individualized planning into existing care to help women reach their recovery goals. The focus is on women that need extra help to engage in substance abuse treatment, those that have experienced treatment but are struggling to reconnect, and those that may be in treatment but need more assistance than traditional services may render.
